Gary Ressler holds a BA in Communications & Theatre Arts from Whittier College in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining TILIA, Mr. Ressler worked in Studio City, CA in the Creative Affairs Department of Walt Disney Feature Animation (WDFA). Mr. Ressler moved to Miami, Florida in 2001 to assume operations of TILIA REAL ESTATE (formerly ABC Management Services, Inc.), a family-owned and operated commercial real estate management and development firm responsible for a portfolio with combined values of over $100-Million. Mr. Ressler launched the first TILIA Lifestyle Companies, THE HISTORIC ALFRED I. DUPONT BUILDING Special Events Venue – an award-winning event venue in the heart of downtown Miami catering to a particularly high-end clientele – and TILIA EVENTS, a full service Event Production Company in 2002. THE TILIA FAMILY OF COMPANIES expanded again in 2011, adding TILIA TRUST COMPANY, a South-Dakota-based Private Family Trust Company (PFTC), and TILIA MANAGEMENT, LLC, a specialized firm providing customer-focused, detail-oriented back-office support services to professional and financial firms in both regulated and unregulated industries.
Mr. Ressler serves on the board of The Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA), The Kronish Foundation of Temple Beth Sholom in Miami Beach and as President of the Board of Directors of The Downtown Miami Partnership (DMP), a 510(c)6 non-profit organization whose mission it is to serve as Downtown Miami’s private sector voice and advocate to promote a prosperous, livable and dynamic downtown.
Uri Benhamron L.
Uri Benhamron L. holds a BA in Business Management from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela. He is a founding member and shareholder of StateTrust, a financial conglomerate that includes a broker dealer, an investment advisory (through StateTrust Capital, LLC), a life insurance company and an international bank. While at StateTrust Capital, Mr. Benhamron managed and supervised investment activities, asset allocation, risk management and performance reviews of multiple registered mutual funds and, in his capacity as Sr. Vice President, was responsible for the company’s managed portfolios. In 2009 he resigned from his day-to-day responsibilities at StateTrust while maintaining his Board Position in order to found ISRAEL g-Tek, a Private Equity Fund focusing investments on green technology firms, primarily in Israel. In 2011, Mr. Benhamron co-founded TILIA TRUST COMPANY, a South-Dakota-based Private Family Trust Company (PFTC) for which he serves as President. Mr. Benhamron is a Managing Member of TILIA MANAGEMENT, LLC, a specialized firm providing customer-focused, detail-oriented back-office support services to professional and financial firms in both regulated and unregulated industries. Additionally, Mr. Benhamron has served as a consultant to Confecciones Paris (MonteCristo), Venezuela’s largest manufacturer and retailer of men’s apparel, CIPROX USA Inc. and Jorgar Corp., real estate investment corporations with combined portfolio values of over $100-Million.
Mr. Benhamron serves on the Board of Governors of Scheck Hillel Community Day School in North Miami Beach, FL.
Chief Operating Officer
Alberto Alvarado holds an MBA from Florida International University where he focused on International Relations and Political Science and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification from the American Bankers Association (ABA.) He earned his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the Colombian Naval Academy while serving as a Naval Officer in the Colombian Marine Corps, which he served for fourteen years. Prior to his tenure at THE TILIA FAMILY OF COMPANIES, Mr. Alvarado worked in Private Banking serving as Trust Administrator at Wells Fargo Bank. While there, Mr. Alvarado was responsible for actively assisting in the management of a trust portfolio worth $400,000,000. Mr. Alvarado serves as Chief Operating Officer where he oversees the day-to-day operations of numerous TILIA FAMILY entities.

Deborah Lindenfeld-Davimes holds a Master’s Degree in Media and Communications from Lynn University and Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. As a result of that, her passion is creating unique experiences for guests to achieve the event of their dreams.
Since 2013, Deborah has been in charge TILIA EVENTS and the Special Events Venue at The Alfred I. Dupont Building. In that time, she has planned and overseen some of the most spectacular weddings and special events anywhere in the world. Deborah’s attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills have ensured that every event held at the Alfred I. Dupont Building is a masterpiece that goes off without incident. In addition, Deborah’s energy and warmth has helped her establish long lasting relationships with high-end vendors, so every aspect of every event is handled with excellence and precision.

Jordan Ressler Award @ THE MIAMI INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Founded in 2009 by the South Florida family of Jordan Alexander Ressler – a young screenwriter who died tragically at the age of 23 – the Jordan Ressler Award was created to recognize & support young talents as they embark on their journey through professional careers as screenwriters. Each year, one first-time screenwriter is awarded a cash prize of $5,000. Beginning in 2017, the annual prize purse has increased to $10,000.

Buskerfest Miami is an annual festival which brings together dozens of performance groups spread across Miami’s emerging downtown corridor. Buskerfest Miami is held primarily at Metro Mover locations. Its mission is to improve civic life through public street performance.
The Diorama Project
The Diorama Project seeks to engage everyday passersby with unexpected collisions of art, design and performance. Housed within the interior corridor of The Historic Alfred I. DuPont Building in downtown Miami, each of three dioramas are programmed on a quarterly basis. Selected projects receive an honorarium, rent-free exhibition space in the heart of Miami’s Central Business District, and, in turn, “leave a piece behind” as part of the TILIARTS Permanent Collection.

DWNTWN Art Window
In collaboration with Miami DDA. Claire Breukel, Curator, the DWNTWN Art Window was conceived by TILIArts and effectuated as part of the Miami DDA’s arts and culture initiative. With the goal of bringing artists into the urban core to exhibit their work, as well as inviting interaction from the public, the program utilized original site-specific artwork to activate vacant storefronts.
